Highlights / Description:
Departing Marrakech we head over the Atlas Mountains towards Ait Benhaddou. We then travel to Merzouga - the starting point of our Camel ride out into the Sahara Desert, we will camp overnight Berber style, under the stars, after dining on Berber cuisine. Returning to Erfoud, we travel onto Todra Gorge and settle in for the afternoon. The following morning we explore this fascinating Gorge. You have the opportunity to either trek through the Gorge into the mountains, swim or walk through the palmeries. Travelling via the High Atlas, we then continue to Marrakech - one of the most exciting cities in Morocco. We have a guided tour before enjoying free time to explore this magnificent city. A fitting way to end this incredible tour is to enjoy a night in the Place Djemaa el Fna square.
